APPETIZERS

Roasted Bobwhite Quail      served with duck confit over roasted red and gold beets with citrus lemon vinaigrette

Salmon Gravlax  homemade vodka ginger orange cured Scottish salmon gravlax with infused dill oil and micro arugula over mango carpaccio. Served with brioche points

Caesar Salad  traditional preparation

 Arugula and shaved Fennel     with quinoa, heirloom tomatoes, citrus yuzu vinaigrette, shaved parmesan cheese and fresh tangerine

ENTREE

Surf and Turf  center cut filet mignon with grand marnier, cracked peppercorn, port wine bordelaise au poivre served over aux gratin potato.

baked Maine lobster tail, stuffed with lump crabmeat, golden chanterelle mushrooms with sauce Maltese.

DESSERTS

Chocolate molten cake with caramel ice cream.
